Welcome to my blog. My favorite thing to do is write and share my process so I can see it and grow from my thoughts. I have found that along with sharing my process, I have an added side effect which is that those who I share my process with seemingly grow along with me and sometimes glean something from my process. A huge step in my personal growth process was learning how to embrace my inner bitch. Women oftentimes go through life trying to keep our good face forward while attending to the needs of others. Sometimes we just don’t feel like being so accommodating so we hide behind a wall of niceties and platitudes while seething inside because we are afraid of our true feelings. This behavior perpetuates cycles of self-denial until we really start to become aware of our inner seething.

A while back, I think January of last year, I went for a past life regression... still not sure what that means so don't ask... I don't know if they are stories we make up to try and explain things going on now or if they are linear... it is confusing to me... Anyway...

We are raised with notions that “love” has something to do with how we express ourselves toward others. We think that when we love someone, we will compromise and make them feel better and will sacrifice ourselves and do anything for the object of our adoration. While this is true to a point, it is backwards. You can not love another until you fully embrace yourself.

I love my life. I live a life of effortless fulfillment and people ask me all the time how I can do that and be so calm. The answer is; I have given up trying to control circumstances and people in my life. In order to have a life you love, you must first love yourself. There is no difference between loving yourself and loving your life. The key is Self-acceptance.

It was a typical cold, rainy November day in Ireland and I found warmth on a tour bus riding back to Dublin after a long day hiking with a friend. I traveled alone to Ireland for the holiday because it was something I have felt I had to do for a long time. Ireland was not what called me, but love.

I've been exploring the concept of "free will" over the past week or so. I have a friend who I asked if she believed in free will and my friend responded that she read somewhere that As Consciousness, ideas flow in and through us and we may all experience the same thought at the same time... which got me thinking

For a long while now, and especially the past 6 months, I have been moving more and more into my "God Self" for lack of a better way of expressing it. It seems to me "God" and the use of the term "God" is very much a concept and I can see where atheists come from when saying there is no God because when people talk of God, it seems very much conceptual as if there is something outside of ourselves.

Since January, I have been consciously transforming my life by monitoring and transforming my thoughts to an even greater degree than I had been doing before. These past few months have been a miraculous transformation for me and I have watched my life become the life I love, effortlessly.

We have been conditioned to believe that love is all about “acting lovingly” toward one another and have specific ideas of what we think Love looks like. What we neglect to realize is that Love is everything and we can not confine it to a certain expression of how we think it should look.

The Universe is a funny thing... how it always nudges us to push outside of our comfort zone and claim ourselves. I have a friend who has been one of my closest friends for the past several years and has also been helping me with my awakening process.

Have you ever noticed that children are completely in the moment with everything they do? Children are innocent because they are not calculating their actions on past programming or future expectation. They completely live in the moment.

For the past 13 years, ever since I graduated from college, I have been growing spiritually at exponential rates. Every once in a while I will reach a point where I feel I have just grown so much, I just can’t fathom that there is another step, only to find out, there is never an end.
