Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also known as “tapping” is a revolutionary, cutting edge technology that incorporates Neurolinguistic Programming with Acupressure for amazing results in helping people overcome stress.  Gary Craig, founder of  EFT and the World Center for EFT discovered through his ground breaking work that by using EFT, clients experienced profound and often permanent shifts in their ability to release stressful situations in their lives.

I have found that by integrating EFT with my already transformational foundational work, my clients have expereinced amazing results in releasing long-held patterns and stresses that had been severely limiting their lives.  I have been using EFT in my practice for about two years and have participated in over 100 hours of advanced EFT training.  I conduct weekly group trainings as well as private and phone consultations.  Although awareness of  EFT is growing daily, until now it has been available only to people within the Holistic Health circles.  It is my mission to bring EFT it to the mainstream so we may all have access to this tool and live happier, healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Scientific studies have shown that belief informs our perceptions and our perceptions inform our biology.  When we feel stress, regardless of whether it is actual or perceived, our bodies respond as if under attack and our subconscious responses inform our bodies to fight against whatever we perceive to be a threat.  Prolonged feelings of stress result in a weakening of the immune system and a loss in our mental capacity to deal with life. Studies have shown that when under stress, our blood flows to our extremities and away from our core so we can be prepared to fight or run.  The blood in our brains also flows away from our frontal lobe which means we literally become stupid when we are under stress.  This is why some people do poorly on tests.  Emotional Freedom Techniques have been proven to help release the stress signals so we may be more calm, centered and accepting.  This allows us to release the stressors in our lives so we may relax and release the inner conflict that drives most physical, emotional and mental problems.
